As President of Greer Government Group, Lisa Greer has over 15 years of Federal contract management experience. With 6 years in the Federal Government and 9 in the private sector, Lisa has direct and significant experience with a broad range of federal contract management issues. Prior to establishing Greer Government Group in 2005, Lisa was the Director of Contracts for Technology Integration Group, a Small Disadvantaged IT reseller, and spent 6 years as the Director of Contracts at Micron Government Computer Systems (MicronPC Government), a leading GSA Schedule 70 contractor and a Top 3 PC supplier to the Federal Government. Before entering the private sector, Lisa worked for the U.S. Bureau of Reclamation as a Construction Litigation Technician, Civil Engineering Technician and Construction Procurement Technician.

Specific Experience and Accomplishments:

  • GSA proposal preparation support and negotiation for IT, PES, MOBIS, Furniture, Supplies, and Corporate Contracts.
  • Managed contract and proposal function at MicronPC Government during a period growth that resulted in the company being the No. 2 contractor on the GSA Schedule 70 contract with over $220 million in annual sales.
  • Successfully bid and received award of three major government contracts with potential sales in excess of $2B that achieved average annual sales in excess of $160 million
  • Provide Federal Market research and contract development services to broad range of commercial clients including software, hardware and scientific equipment manufactures, and Nanotechonology firms.
  • Organized an industry coalition instrumental in persuading the Small Business Administration to drop proposed changes to its small business size standards.
  • Coordinated the development and implementation of 3 rd party Program responsible for $70 million in annual sales, including the design and implementation of internal processes and procedures enabling Computer OEM to resell 3 rd party products through numerous Government contracts.
  • Successfully researched and drafted Contracting Officer's Decisions on construction contract and reclamation claims. Participated in settlement negotiations of $77 million construction claim. Drafted legislation necessary to implement this unique settlement. Briefed staffers and helped ensure passage on Capital Hill.
  • Created Company Compliance program and provided mandatory training for Small Disadvantaged Company. Developed and maintained internal audit program for Federal Contract compliance.
